By accessing or using KidCaro ("the Service") at kidcaro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KidCaro is a nursery management platform that allows childcare providers to track student activities, create daily reports, manage parents, and send reports via WhatsApp. The Service is intended for nurseries, daycare centers, and childcare professionals.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per organization. You may invite team members within your organization.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial & Billing

• KidCaro offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• After the trial period, continued use requires a subscription at $7/month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than childcare management.
• Share your account credentials with people outside your organization.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any child data you enter complies with applicable privacy laws in your country, including obtaining proper consent from parents where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KidCaro including the software, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by KidCaro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

KidCaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users in advance of any planned downtime where possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
